Jim Jarboe is city manager of Neptune Beach, Florida.
His first job was in regional planning in Georgia. He has over 30 years of government experience including stints as a City Manager in Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, and Alachua. He also had a position advising the governor of Puerto Rico on accessing embargoed Federal Funds.
